Generating a customer profile allows our customers the freedom to check on their subscription status, tracking details, update billing information, discount codes/promotions and more.

If you have not received your "Order Confirmation" email, please check your SPAM folder first. If located in the spam folder, please be sure to add us to your contacts to be a "trusted" sender. If you still can't locate the email, log into your MyRavenBox account and click on orders. There you can view your most recent orders, order status and tracking details. You may also re-email your "Order Confirmation" to your email. Be sure your email on file is the correct email.
Each kit includes 5 to 6 items worth up to $70 that are personally tailored to your ideal fantasy. You may purchase extra items from our shop to include with your kit order.

Orders with express shipping will ship out same business day, if received by 12pm ET. Other shipping options will ship within 24 - 48 hours. Each kit is personally designed for you.
Depending on which service you chose, each service has a different delivery time. During the winter/holidays months inclement weather conditions may affect transit times. Delivery times do not include weekend deliveries. Once the package has shipped, the carrier service you selected may not be changed or modified.
- Express Shipping: UPS Next Day = 1 business day
- Expedited Shipping: Priority Mail = 2-5 business days
- Standard Shipping: UPS Ground = 3-7 business days
Your privacy is our upmost importance. You have the option to choose upon checkout to receive a "DISCREET" packaging. We understand wanting to keep this our "dirty little secret".
All orders are shipped in either a brown or white box or a padded business envelope, depending on your items. You have the option during check-out for discreet packaging without our logo. It is our duty to provide our customers with complete discretion.
Log into your account dashboard, located on your subscription tab you can find the next billing cycle for your subscription box.
Upon checkout you will submit your form of payment for your first box to be shipped to you. The same form of payment will be used to continue your monthly subscription. Once your order has shipped that will become your renewal date. You may also find the upcoming billing cycle located in your profile account.
Log into your account and proceed the the "Account" tab at the top of your page. There you can update your password and billing information.
You may contact us by sending us a message or email on our "Contact" page located at the top of our website. All inquires will receive a response within 24 hours from our dedicated support team.
If you receive your box damaged or tracking information seems "lost" due to no movement from the carrier, please contact us within 24-48 hours upon delivery or scheduled delivery date via email. Our email is support@myravenbox.com. Our support team will reach out to you within 24 hours with further instructions on your claim. Do not discard any items until a represenative has contacted you. Claims are reviewed and investigated before they are approved or denied. During this investigation period, the relevant parties gather information, examine evidence, and assess the validity of the claim to determine whether it should be approved or denied. This process ensures that decisions are made based on accurate information and adhere to any applicable regulations or policies.
